I am a Chandana, 22 years old female. I am almost done with my college, I ll get my masters in July or August. So today I am home, watching a random movie, then I decided I should do something in my life and I decided I'd write a blog on health, because I am having a hard time loosing the last 10kgs, I am 71.80kgs last time I checked earlier I was around 89kgs, I can say now I am happy the way I look. I Still have a lot of fat to burn ans 10 kilos like I mentioned.
The best thing I am doing right now is letting myself like my body the way it is, and not going crazy over food. And I Can say I am no more sad about my body like I used to be. But I Surely want to lose the last 10 - 15 kgs.
So no sadness in this blog, I sure will tell you guys how my journey started and everything. Today is a Thursday and I would write my blog every Thursday from today onwards.
Tip of the day
Protein is essential to maintain good muscle mass, muscles are good to burn more calories when your at rest. To gain muscle you need strength training. And girls can also do strength training, and no it wont make you bulk like a man, and I can assure you based on my personal experience.
Eat protein, In order to include adequate protein in your diet, it is necessary to know the protein rich foods. You should also know the amount of protein you obtain from each of these foods.
